YESTERDAY Karen made “Home-Made BREAD”. Great Bread normally takes ALL DAY; the mixing, the yeast rising, the punching it down, then rising again and again. MANY HOURS LATER baked. ——— HMMMMMMM So GOOD !!!!! (We ENJOYED BOTH The BREAD & Karen’s Home-Made Spaghetti Sauce Yesterday for Dinner).
Today Brunch is “served”:
1/2 head of Cauliflower (shredded), Apple (sliced), Onion (sliced), Honey, Cinnamon, Salt, Pepper for the main dish.
2 slices HOME MADE BREAD (toasted with butter and strawberry preserves added)
2 Eggs (fried)
As the 1st picture shows, the shredded cauliflower is shown with the sliced apples and sliced onions added into the pan. ( I like to use a bit of Olive Oil to coat the pan).
2nd photo shows LOTS of CINNAMON & Slight Amount of HONEY added.
Once it pan fries and the apple slices soften, that food is ready to serve.
The Toast is Made, The Eggs are Fried.
